I'm terribly sorry you feel that way. You did not visit my store. When you CALLED today at 3:17pm, I advised you that I required a minimum order on caps of 12. You indicated you were only needing 1 cap. I apologized that I could not accommodate your request. You very rudely told me that you would give me a bad review because I wouldn't help you and hung up. I wasn't given an opportunity to say anything else . . . you hung up!

I went to this place and ask them if I can bring cap to embroider and they said I need to buy 12 caps. I don't know what kind of customer service that is but I just want to let everybody know not to go here because of the rude customer service and inability to help me because they're so greedy they want me to order 12 caps. I was very disappointed in this place and greed. The lady was very rude to me so I hung up. As customers we need places that are going to do what is best for us not be rude about it and not be able to help. I am sure I could bring a cap and they can embroider the cap quickly but this is not the place. Just keeping it real and so sad to be honest. Before I hung up I told them I was going to give a honest review and she said she wasn't worried and would have the review removed.

We're proud to use Aileen and Stitched Bling for our embroidery needs. We don't have hundreds of employees to get bulk discounts from the sweat shop type companies who always seemed to bump our deadline for some 1 day tourist event anyway. Thank you! Amy Anderson
